“Infatuates target, making it harder for them to attack foes of the opposite gender. “
Attract is a non-damaging Normal-Type move introduced in Generation II. It is capable of infatuating the target of the opposite gender of the attacker, making it harder for the target to hit the attacker. Many female and Fairy-Type Pokemon come equipped with this move already; and it proves quite effective in frustrating players trying to get their best Pokemon to attack when they are being thwarted by “The Power of Love.”
Clefairy used Moonblast by PluivantLaChance
PluviantLaChance from the USA joined GA-HQ with his takes on Clefairy, Geodude and finally Mankey. Have a look at his whole gallery here.

“Borrowing the power of the moon, the user attacks the target. This may also lower the target’s Sp. Atk stat.”
A staple Fairy-Type move, Moon Blast was introduced in Generation VI as more Fairy-Type Pokemon began to emerge. Aside from being a very powerful attack (particularly against the once unstoppable Dragon-Type opponents) it also has a 30% chance of lowering the target’s Special Attack stats.
“Because of its adorable nature, it is in high demand as a pet. However, it is rare and found only in limited areas”
Pink and adorable, Clefairy was introduced in Generation I as one of the first few Fairy-Type Pokemon that have since become more diversified in future Generations. It evolves from Cleffa while wearing the Soothing Bell with High Friendship stats. And when exposed to a Moon Stone; Clefairy can evolve into Clefable.
Although it appears cute and friendly; Clefairy is a very shy and reclusive Pokemon. It usually likes to avoid human contact and only seems to come out at night dancing while the moon is out. Although it cannot fly; the moonlight absorbed into its wings makes it capable of floating.
In the anime it appears to be a Pokemon of extraterrestrial origins; as evidenced by an episode where a group of Clefairies were stealing parts to repair their spaceship.
