#040 Wigglytuff used Cute Charm and Sing!
Wigglytuff uses Cute Charm by aachi-chan
Aachi-chan aka Leslie from the USA can draw and use 3D Model software as well but chose to create her takes on Wigglytuff and Poliwag by making sculptures of them. The evil-me also made her to edit the Photos of them so they totally fit into the gallery and have transparent backgrounds like the other submissions. I must admit I felt a bid bad about it since I know from own experiences how annoying the after-touch work can be in Photoshop.
I look forward to see her participate again with more sculptures or even something else when we continue our Pokemon Tribute in 2017!

Cute Charm is not a move but an ability that was introduced in the Generation III Pokemon Games.
If the enemy Pokemon is of the opposite gender there is a 30% chance that it will be infatuated. Outside of battles, Cute Charm will raise the chance by 66,7% that the next encountered Pokemon has the opposite gender if the Pokemon with the ability is the Party Leader.
Wigglytuff used Sing by LordOrenamus
LordOrenamus from France joined the Pokémon Tribute and our Community in June when the project was ongoing already for a month, unlike the majority of the other artists, he used traditional tools like pencils to illustrate the Pokémon. I recommend to have a look at his gallery on dA, there is more video game fan art there 🙂

“A soothing song lulls the foe into a deep slumber. “
Popularly associated with Jigglypuff,Sleep is a non-damaging Normal-Type move introduced in Generation I. The soothing voice of the Pokemon is enough to put any opponent to sleep.
Undoubtedly an annoyance to opponents in Generation I and II, Sleep has since been countered by Pokemon with the Insomnia, Vital Spirit and Soundproof Ability.
“Its soft and supple skin allows it to expand like a balloon. If it gets angry, it inhales and inflates itself steadily”
Wigglytuff is a dual-type (Normal/Fairy) Pokemon now since the Gen VI games (it was just a normal type before) and evolves from Jigglypuff. They can be found in grassy fields and vivid green plains and can inhale air to bounce and even float around, a similarity to Kirby is a pure coincidence.
