#131 Lapras used Blizzard and Perish Song!
Lapras used Blizzard by ChronoRedfield
Einhart Redfield from Canada was one of the first artists that joined this project, his take on Lapras was also one of the first drawn submissions. I hope he is fine, he was not online since over 20 weeks now =/

“The strongest Ice-type attack. Has a one-in-ten chance of freezing the target solid”
Blizzard is a powerful ice-type move that has been known as TM14 from the first generation onward. It is the strongest ice-type attack that summons an incredibly brutal blizzard to attack the foe with a 10% chance of also freezing them. Lapras can learn Blizzard via TM14.
Lapras used Perish Song by drjhordan
Jordano from Brazil is an active artists since over five years and was one of the first people who joined the GA-HQ Pokémon Tribute when it was announced on the 29th April 2016. His take on Lapras was the 3rd submission made for it, and Jordano did not hesitate to claim Nidoqueen on the same day already.
Later he continued his dedicate work for this project with Kangaskhan, Dratini, Ponyta and eventually Tentacool to make him one of the 9 artists that contributed six Pokémon.
Beside the Pokémon he draws all kinds of art and developed also a good couple of own characters. I recommend you to have a good look at his Gallery on dA!

“Any Pokémon that hears this song faints in three turns unless it switches out of battle”
The Perish Song is a Normal-Type attack that was introduced in the Generation II Pokemon games. It won’t do any damage but every Pokemon that can hear this sound will faint after three turns, including the user itself.
“A Pokémon that has been overhunted almost to extinction. It can ferry people across the water”
Lapras does not evolve from or into any other Pokemon so far and is known as a Water and Ice dual type Pokemon that is probably based on the giant Plesiosaur creature that conquered the oceans millions of years ago.
The Lapras is pretty intelligent and can understand human speech, it is also very gentle and enjoys to help people to travel above bodies of water..this also made it an easy target for hunters though that nearly drove their kind to extinction…yeah sometimes the Pokemon world and our own one aren’t so different at all..
