Ultimate Rugal, known as God Rugal in Japan is a more powerful form of Rugal Bernstein in Capcom vs SNK 2 (2001). He is one of the two “true” final bosses in the game and was able to use Akuma‘s “Satsui no Hado.” after defeating him and uses it with his own Orochi Power. The result is one of the hardest bosses in fighting game history, prepare to lose if you fight Ultimate Rugal. |
