Granbull used Charm by sarrus..and even more Charm by Hedgey
Mike Williams from the UK is a part of the Game-Art-HQ community since years and created many impressively dedicated illustrations for the different Art Collaborations. While I know him mainly as a fan of fighting games and especially Street Fighter he also participated with one Pokemon per year in this project.

Hedgey aka Gina from the UK is another one of the artists that joined Game-Art-HQ in May 2016 to participate in the Pokémon Tribute. She started with a super cute take on Meowth, continued with Arbok, Nidorino and Vulpix and also created truly epic Ditto illustration for this project. Raticate was her last submission for the Gen I Tribute.
She returned with her takes on Girafarig, Granbull and Flaaffy in our second part of the big Pokemon Project and became also a part of the website’s team to help with a good couple of the Pokemon descriptions you see in these galleries!

Charm
“A move that charms the target into complacency, sharply reducing its Attack power.”
Charm is a non-damaging Normal-type move originally introduced in Generation II. It became a Fairy-type move from Generation VI on.
The attack stat of the target is lowered by two stages when Charm is used, which helps soften the blow to a small Pokemon like Teddiursa when pitted against bigger foes. In contests, it is seen as a cute move.
Granbull using Charm? Yup, thats something special.
#210 – Granbull
“The evolved form of Snubbull. Granbull has extreme biting power due to its heavily muscled jaw and its strong teeth and tusks.”
Granbull is a purple bulldog-like Pokémon. It has a prominent lower jaw with two long, fang-like growths and an upper jaw with two small fangs. The weight of its jaws make it difficult for Granbull to keep its head up. Despite its fierce appearance, it is very timid.
Unless startled, it will not bite. If attacked, it will flail about to fend off its attacker. It can evolve from Snubbull starting at level 23.
In the Pokemon anime, a rich lady named Madame Muchmoney owned a Snubbull that was obsessed with Meowth’s tail, often running away from its luxurious life to track Meowth down to chomp down on it. Snubbull was seen to not enjoy the sophisticated life and seemed to prefer more rough games. Snubbull finally evolved into Granbull in order to take down Team Rocket and then returned home to Madame Muchmoney after this.
