The Video Game Art by Flavio Luccisano from Argentina
Flavio Luccisano is like me a fan of fighting games and especially Mortal Kombat and Killer Instinct. He draws video game characters for at least 11 years already and participated back in June 2012 in Game-Art-HQ’s Mortal Kombat Tribute with his take on Reptile from Mortal Kombat 4.
One of the first Mortal Kombat related artworks from him he shared online. I think, by now he created so many Mortal Kombat Charakter Portraits, that it is basically his own big Tribute to the series. Including some of the rather unpopular characters like Hsu Hao.
However, Flavio who is from Buenos Aires in Argentina draws a lot of other stuff as well and works as a professional freelancing artist.
You can see all of his works on deviantART here. Flavio is also active on Facebook and Twitter. In February 2022, he was the first artist I asked about showing his video game-related art on Game-Art-HQ again after my inactivity for almost 2 years.
On this page, you can see the video game-related works he shared on deviantART since his rather dark version of Sonic the Hedgehog from November 2011!
Featured Artworks by Flavio Luccisano
Reptile in his first Design-change after being more or less just a Green Ninja and being more reptilian after all was drawn for our Mortal Kombat Art Tribute we kontinued in 2013 to feature all Kharacter Designs from Mortal Kombat 1-9. It was Flavio’s second Mortal Kombat fan art and the first of many MK Portraits that featured a blast of details. It is also still one of the best-looking artworks of Reptile in his MK4 design still I believe.
His Movie-poster like Artwork “Marked for Death” about Sub-Zero and the Lin Kuei that were after him during the events of Mortal Kombat 3 got featured here in 2022 just like his composition that combined the designs of Shang Tsung from Mortal Kombat 1-3.
