Jamie’s Game HistoryJamie is the first one of the completely new characters introduced in Street Fighter 6. He was revealed alongside Ryu, Chun Li, and Luke in the first Gameplay Trailer in June 2022
Official Bio of Jamie & Trivia: This self-styled Chinatown peacekeeper aspires to the example set by Yun and Yang, the Twin Dragons. An expert dancer, Jamie places justice and friendship above all else, defending his town with martial skill. – He seems to be a rival of Luke. – While he uses Drunken Boxing techniques, Jamie does not drink alcohol actually, Capcom assured there is just a “special drink” in his flask.
Gameplay Jamie uses both drunken boxing as his fighting style as well as some breakdance moves, with the use of his special drink he gains more special moves and seems to have a ton of mixup combo possibilities.
Thoughts about Jamie Overall great appearance, looks stylish and fun..gameplay-wise very interesting. Let’s see what he adds to the story, how he is related to Yun and Yang, and maybe Lee (a classic Street Fighter I character) as well. Maybe the most fun new Street Fighter character since Juri Han? |
