This is Bill Rizer, who is more or less the main protagonist of the Contra series by Konami. I wish there would be more Contra games for the current consoles, even if they would not be big “Tripple A” games like Castlevania: Lords of Shadow and only released for PSN/ XBL, just develope more funny run and gun shooters with crazy bosses like in the past!
