Mortal Kombat Art Tribute: Jade from Mortal Kombat 3/Trilogy

Jade debuted as a playable character in Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 after she was only a Kitana Clone with no own moves in Mortal Kombat II. She uses the same sprites as Kitana and Mileena for the most part but also got a few own combo moves with her new weapon, a Metal Staff. Jade also got a rich arsenal of special moves including the Boomerang Projectile, invincibility against Projectiles by Opponents and her Glowing Kick which is similar to Johnny Cage’s Shadow Kick. In UMK3 she is introduced as a close friend of Kitana but got the order to find her by her Emperor Shao Kahn, she had the difficult choice between choosing sides, but in the end she helped Kitana and Earthrealm.
