Rufus who was introduced in Street Fighter IV is one of those characters which might be fun to play with but have such a visual design that a lot people rather not use them. Rufus is fast..has a funny ..well a bit stupid story but overall he is okay..he just has the problem that he is so super unattractive and hilarious designed. No wonder that only a very very few artist want to draw him. He was one of the last characters claimed for our Street Fighter Anniversary Tribute in 2012. |
