Earthworm Jim is the main protagonist of Earthworm Jim the game that was released by Shiny Entertainment for the 16Bit systems and received ports, an HD remaster and the sequels Earthworm Jim 2 (1995) and Earthworm Jim 3D (1999). Earthworm Jim is also a playable guest character in the Nintendo 64 fighting game ClayFighter 63⅓ (1997) and even made it into the PC version of Battle Arena Toshinden as a secret skin for the character Rungo.

Earthworm Jim did not get a new video game since years now but he is still popular among many of us gamers that experienced his debut on the Super Nintendo or the first Playstation.
When we wrote about the idea of having dedicated illustrations of game characters in our DB, Earthworm Jim was actually one of the first picked characters. Cortoony joined our community in 2017 and does not only draw but also creates 3D models. Have a look at his gallery here!
