Unknown from Tekken Tag Tournament in the GA-HQ Video Game Character DB

Unknown was introduced as the final boss of Tekken Tag Tournament in 1999 and returned for the same role but with a slightly changed design and a moveset very similar to that of Jun Kazama but with additional unique special moves and the ability to throw out one partner of the tag teams in Tekken Tag Tournament 2 (2011). Her origins are more or less…unknown and there are no hints given why and how Jun Kazama transforms into Unknown when she is defeated in TTT2. It seems that Unknown was first designed to be a sister of Jun but these plans were scrapped later. Sadly Namco did not release the panel artworks of Unknown made for the console versions of Tekken Tag Tournament 2 available to the internet…they are not even in the official artbook since Unknown was a secret character at the time of the release of it so they are not available in a similar quality compared with the ones for other TTT2 characters. Unknown is one of the fighting game boss characters we featured in our first big Art Collaboration back in November-December 2011 with three fan arts which you can see below! Unknown did not appear in any other games than the Tekken Tag Tournament games yet. |
