Seong Mi-na made her debut in SoulEdge, the first part of the SoulCalibur fighting game series back in 1996. She returned in all sequels except SoulCalibur V so far, but always as an unlockable character. Seong Mi-na is from Korea and uses a Halberd as weapon and is one of the good characters in the SoulCalibur series, fighting for peace and against SoulEdge. In the past she shared a lot of moves with Killik who was introduced in SoulCalibur and it is difficult now to say who borrowed moves from who but since SoulCalibur III, the developers changed her moveset and Killik’s a lot to make both characters more different from each other. Seong Mi-Na’s father was an unlockable character in SoulEdge but had no own moveset, her mother and her brother died from a sickness and she was just 16 when she had her debut in SoulEdge. While her costume parts are available in SoulCalibur V, many fans missed her and hoped she could return as a DLC character but sadly this did not happen. Seong Mi-na was revealed to return in SoulCalibur VI (2018) however at the Evo 2018. Seong has some of the most revealing costumes of the females in the SoulCalibur series btw, but her costumes are also simply beautiful to watch, or? |
