Area from Street Fighter EX in the GA-HQ Video Game Character DB
Area is a playable character from the Street Fighter EX games developed by Arika and made her debut in Street Fighter EX2 in 1998. She returned in the sequel SFEX3 (2000) as an unlockable character and was not used in any other later games until Fighting EX Layer got released as a big surprise and Area returned as a free DLC character for it. Area is from France, daughter of an inventor and she tests some of his inventions like rocket skates and a giant mechanical arm in Street Fights. She is rather arrogant and sees the other fighters who use their bare hands and feet as primitive brutes. |
