Princess Zelda, like Princess Peach is often abducted by the antagonist of the game series she is a character from. In her case it is Ganon who is trying to use her to obtain and use the power of the Tri-Force etc. She became a more interesting character with the time however and in the Super Smash Bros. games she is a playable character. She is actually a part of the Legend of Zelda games since the first part already and appears in some form in almost all Zelda games, even in Majora’s Mask as a memory from Zelda: Ocarina of Time. At a few times, Princess Zelda is used to work for the antagonists of the game, like in Twilight Princess and Link has to fight her. “Oh my Goddesses! She’s mine! I can’t let anyone else to take her!” so I picked Princess Zelda”
That’s what Queen Zelda, from Chile and a big Legend of Zelda fan like myself wrote when she submitted her take on Princess Zelda in her design from Ocarina of Time for our Video game Character Database 🙂
