Handsome Jack is the often funny, sarcastic and damn evil tyrant of Pandora who serves as the main antagonist of Borderlands 2 (2012). He returns in Borderlands The Pre-Sequel (2014), and kinda is one of the protagonists, but his role changes during the game quickly. In Tales from the Borderlands (2014) you will meet Handsome Jack again, at least whats left from him. This guy lured the vault hunters to the planet just to kill them there. If you know Borderlands 2, you will most likely either really hate or love him, he can be damn entertaining sometimes but is a really cruel person. |

Handsome Jack from Borderlands 2 was and still is one of the best video game villains of the last decade, and so we were glad that he was one of the first rather serious characters that got a dedicated illustration by one of our members.
Yggdrassal is one of the most active artists in our Pokemon Art Collaborations now since 2016 but with his Handsome Jack and Claptrap illustrations for our DB he proved that he is a big Borderlands fan like myself as well. Seriously, these works look like they are official art and style-wise very different from Mike’s Pokemon submissions.
