Sheeva is a playable character from the Mortal Kombat fighting games. She debuted in Mortal Kombat 3 (1995) and was only making a small cameo appearance in Mortal Kombat: Deception (2004) until she returned as a playable character with a visual redesign in Mortal Kombat: Armageddon in 2006. Her latest playable appearance was in Mortal Kombat (2011) which retells the story of Mortal Kombat 1-3. She is fighting on the side of Shao Kahn there and is mainly shown as a guard for Kitana. Sheeva returned as a playable character as part of the Mortal Kombat: Aftermath Expansion (2020) in Mortal Kombat XI (2019. She got her probably biggest visual redesign and became also a controversial character to use in Tournaments. Like Goro and Kitana she is from the race of the Shokan. |
