Rugal Bernstein, who was consumed by the Orochi Energy in the end and lost to Kyo Kusanagi and his team in KOF’95 returned as a final boss including the updated Omega Rugal version in the King of Fighters ’98, the same happened four years later in the King of Fighters 2002 as well. Doghateburger drew him as his third contribution for our King of Fighters Anniversary Tribute with his KOF’98 look. |
