Sektor is a playable character from the Mortal Kombat fighting game series and was introduced in the Arcade versions of Mortal Kombat 3 in 1995 developed by Midway Games Chicago. Sektor returned in the Sega Dreamcast exclusive Mortal Kombat 4 Gold in 1999 as a secret character but was absent from the series (in a playable form) until Mortal Kombat Armageddon in 2006. Sektor was again playable in Mortal Kombat 9 (2011). He appeared again alongside Cyrax in Mortal Kombat XI (2019) but only as an unplayable character of its Story mode that has to be fought. ~ Sektor is a Lin Kuei Warrior who looked forward to his automation, he is a cyborg with a lot of weaponry he can use like Missiles and a Flamethrower. In Mortal Kombat 3 and MK Gold he and Cyrax look the same but he got finally his own design in Mortal Kombat Armageddon leading to his completely different visual look in MK9 where he was shown in human form for the first time as well.
