Blair Dame is one of the Street Fighter EX series characters and made her debut as a time back in 1996 as one of the completely new characters in Street Fighter EX. While she did not return in the two SFEX sequels, she made it together with Allen Snider into Fighting Layer, another fighting game by Arika and released only for Japanese arcades in 1998. Arika was releasing Fighting EX Layer, a spiritual successor of their earlier games in 2017 where Blair Dame returned with an updated design. |

Back in December 2011 we organized a very big Art Tribute for the 25th Anniversary of the Street Fighter series. And while Blair Dame and the SFEX games are not developed by Capcom and therefore, not counted “canon” we included Blair and everyone else from the Street Fighter EX games in our project. Blair Dame is the first game character drawn by Ed Moffatt for a Game-Art-HQ Project, she was also drawn by Artmageddon for it. |
