The TurboGrafx 16 / PC-Engine is a 16bit Console by NEC Soft and Hudson and was first released in October 1987 in Japan, it was the first console that received a CD-Rom, commercial games for it were released until 1999 in Japan. The console was relative successful in Japan, worldwide it never gained as big sales as the hardware by the competition. |
