Giovanni is one of the main antagonists in the Pokemon series and the leader of Team Rocket. He debuted in the first Pokemon Games ( Red Blue Yellow) in 1996 and returned in the remakes FireRed and LeafGreen as well as in Pokemon HheartGold and SoulSilver (2009) and Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 in 2012. Giovanni returned again as the main antagonist and leader of the new formed Team Rainbow Rocket in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon in 2017. He is the only character in the game with the Trainer Class “Boss” |

Giovanni is for sure one of the most badass (and crazy) characters seen in the long history of the Pokemon games. I hope he could be a part of a future Super Smash Bros, game maybe.

This illustration of Giovanni drawn by SaraKpn “westernized” him a bit and personally I think like he looks like he was drawn for the next Grand Theft Auto ^^. Could you imagine a weird crossover by Nintendo / GameFreak and Rockstar Games to make a exclusive GTA on the Switch and Giovanni would be one of the gangsters in the game? He would look just like that!
