Rufus Shinra is one of the minor antagonists in Final Fantasy VII (1997). In Before Crisis – Final Fantasy VII (2004) he is actually supporting the protagonists, for his own reasons. Rufus Shinra is appearing in a couple of Final Fantasy spinoff games as well, he is an summon-able ally in Final Fantasy Airborne Brigade (2012) as example but again an enemy in Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (1997) Rufus Shinra is a son of President Shinra in Final Fantasy VII and has to be fought there. After the events of FFVII he is trying to atone for his previous actions in Dirge of Cerberus and Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. He uses mainly a shotgun as his weapon. |
