The Soldiers are a recurring enemy type in the Legend of Zelda games by Nintendo and debuted in The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past (1991) for the Super Nintendo. They returned in The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures (2004) and The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds (2014).
The Soldier enemies in the Zelda games use all kinds of weapons ranging from the Sword & Shield combination to Bow& Arrows, Spears, Bombs and even Cannons. They are usually corrupted Hylian Guards or empty armors that move through dark magic. |
