Amazing Video Game Cosplays #1 – October 2015 (Jacob Frye, Cassie Cage, Tharja and more)
This is a new and monthly feature series on Game-Art-HQ in which we feature a handful of amazing cosplayers and photographers that created outstanding cosplay photos of video game characters and at the right settings and backgrounds that fit the characters.

Let’s start with Rick and Dominique Boer, a pair of two gamers and cosplayers from the Netherlands that are big fans of the Assassin’s Creed series.
Rick cosplayed the main protagonist of the new Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate that takes place in London. Dominique was his photographer.
I like how the cosplays by this pair are somehow always spot on, they are perfectly catching the personalities they portray.

Like Jacob Frye, Cassie Cage from Mortal Kombat X is a pretty new video game character design that impressed and motivated many artists to draw or cosplay her. Cassie was cosplayed by the beautiful Narga-Lifestream from Russia who catched her cocky attitude completely.
She mentioned this costume was made in only five days and she is not proud of it but a lot commenters on dA where she uploaded her photos before disagreed of course. The photos were made by Egor Demidoff.
Fire Emblem: Awakening is a great game and it was also the debut of the Dark Mage Tharja to the series, a character that I saw often called being their “waifu” by many players.
The photographer Nicholas Vax and the cosplayer Stella Chuu, both from Singapore created this beautiful cosplay interpretion of the sexy Tharja.

Both of these cosplayers were featured already here with their takes on Maya from Borderlands 2 and Mileena from Mortal Kombat 9 but both continue to share more photos that illustrate either a love for details like the aftertouch editing for Maya or how damn fitting the cosplayer is to play Mileena there. I mean..damn.

Mileena was cosplayed by AsherWarr from Russia
