Gill from Street Fighter in the GA-HQ Video Game Character DB
Gill is the main antagonist and boss in the Street Fighter III games. He was introduced as the leader of the Illuminati in Street Fighter III: New Generation (1997) Gill can control the elements Fire and Ice and is using them for his special attacks. Depending on his position in the stage he will attack either with Ice or with Fire based special moves. Gill did not appear as a playable character since Street Fighter III: Third Strike (1999) and its re-releases until we saw a surprise reveal for him, including his own stage as part of Street Fighter V via DLC in 2019. There were rumors about Gill being part of a second story for SFV, however the game did not get anything like that. He was seen resurrecting himself after being defeated by M.Bison and his followers in Capcom Fighting Evolution (2004) in M.Bison’s ending. |
