Kyo Kusanagi Fan Art by 2DForever
This is a fan art by Tom Waterhouse of the fictional character Kyo Kusanagi from the The King of Fighters fighting game series by SNK Playmore
Tom`s own description of his work:
I’m going on a bit of green-blitz currently, aren’t I? I’m just finding that it’s nice to work with…
Anyway! For the first time in a long while, Kyo Kusanagi returns! This spurred from a simple idea of form in my mind. I liked the idea of one arm held back like it’s ‘charging’ (literally charging fire in this case) and having the other arm in a more ready, offensive position. Bit of a fighting pose originally, but I had to add some skinny Kyo-campness.
I like the flame, came out better than I originally thought it would. I drew a very simple cartoon-like flame, consisting of very simple shapes. The colouring helped it along, but it’s maintained it’s funny shape still.
Anyway, that’s how fire could look if it came out of your hands, you never know… Please don’t set your hands alight.
