The Boss Tribute – Round 1- Rugal Bernstein (King of Fighter`s `94, `95, `98, `2002)
Rugal Bernstein is the boss of the King of Fighters 94 and 95. He returned also as “Ultimate” Rugal in the “Dream-match” Editions 98/2002 and their remakes as the endboss and was also a playable character and boss in the Capcom Vs SNK games. Rugal Bernstein is known for having a leading position in SNK`s “Boss Syndrome” characterdesings…he is very difficult to beat and unfair too.

KOF 95 for Saturn was the first time I got to play the game at home. I would rent a Saturn over and over with that game and Any Capcom titles I could get. Great memories.
When I ended up buying the PSX KOG 95 I was so dissapointed, because the frame rate had been murdered. Still a very fun game. I often use the game in a CD player to listean to the awesome music. So, yeah. I has a soft spot for Omega Rugal. We spent a lot of time together. Conisdering how much he beat me up… |

I chosed Rugal because, he’s so baws  . I mean seriously he’s evil…because he want so  , no weird backstory, no bad experience with the humanity : he’s a rich guy, who is good in every SINGLE sport and he got a mustache u_u (badass equation complete)so here it’s his Capcom Vs Snk God version, when he pown Akuma. Sadly because it was Capcom, they say his body can’t handle the…whatever power it was, and turn into a pseudo akuma 2.0…I don’t agree  anyway enough hope you like it  |

I did this one by hand, and colored it using Corel Photo-Paint X3, It took me about 10 hours to finish him, cause the main lines weren’t dark enough so I’ve had to re-draw everything again( with a mouse ¬¬ I swear…I’m gonna buy a tablet asap). I really love creating my own version of the caracters that I love the most , including Rugal. I created this version based on Latin male porsh clothes…once agian…Bloodly RED is my facourite Color I tried to transform him in a sexy dark Don juan… and thanks to my friend’s opinion (*GBK666) I looked for a stage which could fit better than my first try and this is it! |
